摘要
多西紫杉醇是从欧洲紫杉的针叶中提取，经半合成而获得的药物，经研究表明其对乳腺癌、肺癌、胃肠肿瘤、泌尿系肿瘤和黑色素瘤等均有效。本文概述了近年来DT在肿瘤治疗中的作用机制及其疗效的最新研究结果。
Docetaxel is a semisynthetic agent extracted from the needle of Europe yew. Many studies indicated that it has significant antitumor activity in breast cancer,lung cancer,gastrointestinal cancer, genitourinary cancer and melanoma,etc. We reviewed the latest findings about the mechanism of antitumor and its curative effect in the treatment of cancer.
