摘要
利用高效液相色谱仪对西红柿中维生素C的含量进行了分析研究。采用高效液相色谱法,以超纯水为流动相,流动相的速度为1.0ml/min,紫外捡测波长为267nm,柱温在25℃的条件下,分析西红柿中维生素C的含量,及其重复性和回收率。通过线性回归具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数R^2=0.9994;其回收率为98.71%~103.29%,相对标;隹偏差为0.79%。所建立的方法简单、快速、准确率高,适宜于西红柿中维生素C含量的测定。
In this article, HPLC was performed to research the content of Vitamin C in the tomato. In this way, the content, the repeatability and the returnsratio of the Vitamin C in the tomato were analyzed under the condition of that ultra-pure water was taken as flowing, and its speed was 1.0ml/min, and the ultraviolet examination wave length was 267nm with the column tem- perature under the 25%. The good linear relations were gotten through the linear return with its correlation coefficient being R^2=0.9994. Its returns-ratio was 98.71%-103.29%. The relative standard deviation was 0. 79%. The method established was simple, fast and accurate, which will be suitable to analyze the content of the Vitamin C in the tomato.
