摘要
随着工业化、城市化的推进,催生出一个急剧膨胀的特殊群体-失地农民.从此失地农民的社会保障问题就成为公众关注的"热点问题"之一,社会呼唤着建立失地农民的社会保障。然而人们却往往遗忘了一个特殊的角落-少数民族地区失地农民的社会保障。把少数民族城市化进程中失地农民的社会保障作为一个单独的议题提出来,以期引起社会和学术界的关注。
With the development of industrialization and urbanization, a special mushrooming group, the peasants who lose their land in the process, are produced. As a result, the social insurance for the peasants who lose their land becomes one of the hot topics in the masses,and the society calls to establish social insurance for the peasant. However, Chinese always forget the social insurance for a special group of the peasant who lose their land in a special corner of minority nationality areas. This paper discusses the social insurance for the peasants in minority nationality areas who lose their land in order to arouse the concern and focus by academic circle and the society.
