摘要
介绍了一种高效、高精度曲轴磨削加工的新方法──工序集中式曲轴磨削加工法.在此基础上,通过建立伺服系统的动态数学模型,分析了把伺服系统简化为一阶系统时其对曲轴轴颈加工精度的影响规律.通过求解微分方程,得出了一些有用的结论,为设计这种先进的专用曲轴磨床提供了理论依据.
A high-efficiency and high-precision new crank-shaft grinding method, the process-centralized method, is described. A dynamic mathematical model for the servo-system is developed, and the influences of the dynamic characteristics of a CNC servo-system on the machining accuracy of crank journals is discussed with the servo-system simplified to a first-order one. After solving the differential equation, some useful conclusions have been drawn.
