摘要
研究了能在Ar离子可见光激光下快速固化的感光树脂体系的组成对其感光性能的影响.感光树脂体系包含丙烯酸环氧树脂、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,和由紫外引发剂、染料及叔胺组成的协同引发剂.还研究了激光能量、引发剂组成、树脂组成对树脂粘度、固化转化率、固化深度的影响.
The photosensitive property of a photosensitive resin system which can be rapidly cured by and argon ion laser beam is studied.The resin system is composed of acrylate epoxy resin,trimethyolpropane triacrylate,N vinyl pyrrolidone and a synergistic photo initiate,which contains an UV photo initiator,a dye and a tertiary amine.The influences of exposure energy,compositions of the initiator and the resin upon viscosity,degree of conversion and curing depth of the resin are discussed.
