摘要
对当前常用的RP技术,如立体光刻、分层实体制造等的原理、工艺进行了简单介绍,并对当前常用的深小孔、异形小孔加工方法进行了简单评述。结果表明,当前异形深小孔的加工技术存在诸多缺陷。结合RP技术的特点,变常规的使用RP技术进行加材料成形为减材料成形,笔者提出了一种基于RP技术的异形深小孔加工技术,并详细介绍了系统的工作过程。分析表明,该技术能较好的弥补现有技术的不足,有极其广阔的应用前景。
In this article, the author analyzed the current typical RP techniques and the method for machining deep ostiole. The analysis indicated that the current method for machining the abnormal deep ostiole has many drawback. The author brought forward a new method for machining the abnormal deep ostiole. The new method is combined with the RP techniques and change the usual method of form entity by adding material to form finestra by resecting material. All the analysis indicated that the new techniques can make up the flaw of the current techniques and the new techniques has a wider prospect for application.
