摘要
目的:探讨正常视力飞行员隐斜度数的临床意义。方法:以环形视标视力表,测定697名飞行员视力。采用STEVEN旋转棱镜作6m距离水平及垂直隐斜检查。常规小瞳孔眼底检查。结果:正位43人(6.2%);隐斜654人(93.8%),其中外隐斜73人(11.1%),内隐斜58人(8.9%),上隐斜109人(16.7%),外隐斜合并上隐斜209人(32.0%),内隐斜合并上隐斜205人(31.3%)。外隐斜0°~4°者279人(占外隐斜人数98.6%),内隐斜0°~4°者249人(占内隐斜人数94.7%)。结论:本调查表明,在正常视力飞行员中,患隐斜者高达93.8%。上隐斜人数〉外隐斜人数〉内隐斜人数。内隐斜合并上隐斜与外隐斜合并上隐斜人数基本相同。内外隐斜度数主要分布0°~4°,上隐斜分布在2°之内。以上调查结果可以为招飞工作及制定眼科隐斜标准规定提供参考。
Objective: To investigate clinical significance of heterophoria dimensionality in pilots with normal visual acuity. Methods: The vision of 679 pilots were examined by circular optical visual chart, and the horizontal and vertical heterophoria, by the STEVEN rotary pris in 6 meters distance, small pupils and fundus, by routine method. Results: Among investigated pilots, 43 pilots (6.2%) were emmetropia; 654 pilots (93.8%) were heterophoria. Among heterophoria cases, 73 (11.1% ) cases were exophoria, and 58 (8.9%), e.sophoria, and 109 (16.7%), hyperphoria, and 209 (32.0%), exophoria combined with hyperphoria, and 205 (31.3%), e.sophoria combined with hyperphofia. The pilots of exophofia in 0-4 degrees were 279, accounted for 98.6% in total exophoria cases, and those of esophoria in 0-4 degrees, 249, accounted for 94.7 % in total esophoria cascs. Conclusion: The proportion of heterophoria cases in pilots with normal vision is 93.8% very high. Exophoria and esophiria mainly occurs in 0 - 4 degrees, and hyperphoria occurs in 2 degrees. The results can provide referencs for stipulating the criteria of heterophoria and .selecting qualitied pilots.
