摘要
加拿大学者马克斯.范梅南以儿童发展为中心提出实践教育学。他认为教育机智在教育实践工作中具有十分重要的作用。初任教师在专业成长中面临着很多困难,而培养教师的教育机智正是解决这些问题的关键。促进初任教师的专业成长应确立以教育机智为核心的教师发展方向,并充分重视对话和反思两种方式。
Canadian scholar Max van Manen advanced Practice Pedagogy, He considered that educational tact is very important in the educational work. There are many difiqculties in the professional growth of beginning teachers, and educational tact is the key to solve these problems. To improve the professional growth of beginning teachers, we should make the educational tact as the core of the developments of teachers, and give more attention to both dialogue and reflection.
