摘要
本文以改性松香和二甘醇为原料,合成线性松香酯。对松香酯的合成工艺进行了研究,并从原料配比、升温方式、催化剂用量等几个方面讨论了它们对线性松香酯合成的影响。同时,本文也研究了施胶pH值、施胶剂用量等对线性松香酯施胶效率的影响。结果表明,采用阳离子淀粉及阳离子聚丙烯酰胺作为复合型助留剂时,对漂白亚硫酸氢镁法苇浆和漂白硫酸盐木浆的混合浆料进行施胶,其最佳施胶pH值为7.0,在此条件下,施胶度可达90s以上。
In this paper, linear rosin ester sizer was synthesized from modified rosin and diethylene glycol. Some influence factors on synthesis were discussed, such as raw material ratio, heating mode, dosage of catalyst. The effect of the pH value and the dosage of size on sizing effect were studied as well The results show that with the dual retention system (cationic starch and CPAM), the optimized sizing pH is 7.0 and the sizing degree could reach 90s or higher, when the mixed furnish(composed of bleached magnesium blsulfite reed pulp and bleached kraft pulp) is sized by the rosin ester sizer.
