摘要
目的了解人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在育龄妇女中的感染情况及其亚型分布。方法应用基因芯片技术对1308名育龄妇女HPV23种基因型进行检测,并结合其细胞学进行诊断。结果1308名女患者中共检出HPV阳性者225名,阳性率为17.20%,其中HPV-16型119人,HPV-58型29人,HPV-18型24人。同时,在对1308名患者进行细胞学检查中,发现宫颈上皮细胞病变(CIN)患者235名,其中63名为HPV-16型感染者,大多患者以宫颈上皮细胞低度病变为主。结论应积极控制HPV感染及有效治疗CIN在我国妇女宫颈癌的防治中具有重要意义。
Objective To study the situation of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in reproductive age females and its subtype distribution. Methods Cervical swabs collected from 1,308 women were. used for detecting 23 genotypes HPV by gene chip technology, and then compared their cytological diagnoses with their HPV genotypes. Results Altogether 225 (17.2%) women were HPV positive among the 1,308 patients. HPV- 16 was the most prevalent subtype (119), followed by HPV-58 (29) and HPV- 18 (24). In addition, 235 (17.9%) of 1,308 cervical smear samples were detected cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and 63 women were HPV - 16 positive among the 235 CIN patients, most of them were low- grade squamous intraepithelial lesions. Conclusions The distinction of HPV genotypes play an important role in prevention and management of CIN and cervical cancer.
