摘要
目的从分子水平鉴定湖南省一例疑似猪链球菌病病原菌的种、型及毒力基因,为流行病学和临床提供诊断分析依据。方法采用猪链球菌2型多重PCR快速诊断试剂盒以及另外合成的四对引物进行聚合酶链反应。结果用三重PCR试剂盒检出该菌携带cps2以及mrp基因,用合成的16srRNA、cps2j、mrp以及sly引物进行PCR扩增电泳后均显示阳性条带。结论2006年8月湖南省一例疑似猪链球菌病例确为猪链球菌2型感染,并且该菌携带多种毒力基因。
Objective To identify the species, type and toxic gene of pathogenic bacteria causing suspected swine streptococcicosis, and to provide the diagnostic analysis basis for epidemiology and clinical understand in Hunan Province. Methods Quick tri- PCR detection (kit) was used to identify streptococcus suis type 2 and 4 primers were designed for the PCR. Results cps2 and mrp genes were detected by the tri - PCR kit and the other 4 primers, including 16s rRNA, cps2j, mrp and sly were all positive by PCR amplification and agarose gel electrophoresis. Conclusions The unknown disease occurred in Hunan in Aug. 2006 was caused by streptococcus suis serotype 2, and the strain carried several toxic genes.
