摘要
朱砂为内蒙古地区常见的矿物质药,在临床应用范围较广。朱砂的主要成分为硫化汞,有很强的毒副作用,目前主要的炮制方法有3种,但是各有利弊,没有一种较理想的方法,纳米技术是20世纪90年代出现的一门新兴技术,我们采用纳米化加工技术将朱砂制成纳米颗粒,以期增加其主成分的水溶性和生物利用度,为阐明朱砂有效成分提供理论依据并为将来开发含朱砂中成药的新剂型提供新的思路。
Cinnabar is a commonly mineral drug in the Inner Mongolia and has wide clinic application.HgS is basics of cinnabar and has very side-effect.The process of Preparing cinnabav have three kinds now,but these methods have advantages and disadvantages.Nano technology is a up-to-date technology today,Cinnabar will be changed into nano granule by processing technology,in order to being improved water-solubility and biological using degree.
