摘要
自我价值感是个体对自己重要性的肯定与接纳的心理倾向。高校基层行政管理人员的自我价值感的高低不仅影响其自身潜能的发挥,还直接影响其工作绩效。本文根据作者在高校基层行政管理的工作实践和体会,拟对高校基层行政管理人员的自我价值感的表现形式、缺乏原因以及提升策略加以探讨,希望对高校基层行政管理人员的自我价值感的提高,增强他们的自信心和潜能的发展有一定的帮助。
The sense of self- value is the mental tendency that an individual affirms him or herself. The sense of self- value for basic administration staff in colleges and universities affects not only their personal development, but also their performance at work. Based on the author' s personal experience, the paper dis- cussed the representation of self- value and the causes for the lack of it, studied ways to promote one' s sense of self- value. The research is expected to be helpful for basic administrators in colleges and universities.
