摘要
先用3-乙酰基酚酮在冰水浴中,以冰乙酸为溶剂与Br2发生亲电取代,制得3-乙酰基-5,7-二溴酚酮(1),然后将所得到的3-乙酰基-5,7-二溴酚酮作为反应原料,与芳肼反应得到酮并吡唑[2H](2a-d)、与水合肼反应得到(3)、与羟胺反应得到酮并异噁唑(4)、与叠氮化钠反应得到酮并噁唑化合物(5)。产物纯度达91.7%~100%,产物的结构经IR、NMR和MS分析得以确认。
3-acetyltropolone was substituted by bromine at ice-water temperature in the presence of acetic acid to give 3-acetyl-5,7-dibromotroplone (1). Then compound (1) was reacted with aryl-hydrazine, hydrazine hydrate, hydroxylamine and NAN3, respectively to get compounds 2a-d, 3, 4 and 5. The purities of the compounds were within 91.7-100%. And the structures of the compounds were confmned by IR, HNMR, MS data.
