摘要
对利用数控机床加工直齿锥齿轮所采用的展成方法进行了研究和探讨,利用VC++编制刀位轨迹并参数化,UG读入刀轨实现仿真并且采用特殊手段进行后置处理,最后生成相应数控机床下加工直齿锥齿轮的数控代码。
The generating process of straight bevel gear by using numerical machine was approached and studied. Parameterized cutter location files were generated with VC++, and the cutter paths were then passed into UG for simulation and post-process by some special methods. Finally, the corresponding NC codes were produced.
