摘要
在城市化进程中,农业用地被征收不可避免,城市化加速过程中的一个突出特征就是大量农村集体所有土地被征收后用于非农化建设和越来越多的失地农民的产生。目前,随着城市化进程的加快、失地农民的增多,政府征地与农民利益的紧张关系日益突出。解决现行农地征收法律制度中所产生的问题,是切实保障农民土地权益中不可回避的重要课题。
The urbanized advancement makes the requisition of agricultural land inevitably. At present together with the speeding up of urbanization, the number of farmers who lose their land greatly increase. As a result, the relation between the governments and the peasants gradually become strained. Therefore seeking how to safeguard peasants＇ land rights and interests, without doubt, is so important an topic that cannot be avoided.
