摘要
黄连素在临床上主要用于治疗肠道细菌感染,但大量研究和临床应用表明,黄连素除了有抗菌作用外,还可用于治疗心血管疾病、内分泌、营养及代谢疾病、中枢神经系统疾病、肿瘤等疾病,同时具有增强免疫机能及抗皮肤移植排斥反应等作用。因黄连素具有药源广泛易得,价格低廉、无不良反应、使用安全、方便等优势,黄连素必定会有更加广阔的临床应用前景。
Berberine is mainly used to treat major used in enteric bacterial infection, recently, researches showed that Berberine can not only be used to treat cardiovascular disease, endocrine disease, nutritional and metabolic disease, central nervous disease, tumors, but also can improve immune function and anti-graft rejective reaction of skin besides its antibacterial action. Because Berberine has wide medicinal herbs resource, and is easy to obtain besides the other advantages such as low price, none side effeets, safety and convenience in application and so on, it will have wider prospects in clinical application.
