摘要
在指出网络联系对激发高技术创新的非凡意义的基础上,探讨了网络联系构建的实践动因、网络联系的具体内容和两种主要形成方式,最后指出地方政府构建高新区创新网络联系需把握的关键环节。
The paper firstly points out the importance that network contacts have to bringing about technical innovation and then studies the forming reason, the concrete conditions and the two forming ways of network contacts. At last, the paper studies how local governments should build network contacts in developing innovation networks of high-teeh zones.
