摘要
采用二阶椭园型微分算子,通过引进新函数,利用随机积分中的伊藤公式,给出了耦合时间的矩有限条件.
The principal pollutant factors of a river are given by applying the maximum matrix element of fuzzy cluster theory. In order to leaderstand the pollution situation of every section which deffers from each other, fuzzy similarity priority ratio is used and the arrargement of pollution level order is obtained. The method suits for describing every section of the river.
