蔬菜和水果中硝虫硫磷残留的分析方法研究 被引量:2

Study on Determination of Xiaochongthion Residue in Vegetable and Fruit by Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了测定蔬菜和水果中硝虫硫磷残留量的气相色谱分析方法.样品经乙腈提取,氯化钠盐析,氮气吹干浓缩定容,火焰光度检测器(FPD)进行定量测定.最小检出量为5.0×10^-11g,最小检出浓度为0.005mg/kg.当添加浓度为0.01~0.32mg/kg时,甘蓝中硝虫硫磷的回收率为93.62%~103.99%,变异系数为0.85%~9.56%;西红柿中硝虫硫磷的回收率为93.33%~98.67%,变异系数为0.58%~5.40%;柑橘中硝虫硫磷的回收率为78.47%~98.25%,变异系数为3.93%~7.19%;苹果中硝虫硫磷的回收率为89.35%~99.06%,变异系数为0.88%~5.32%.添加回收率和变异系数均满足农药残留测定的要求. A method was developed to determine residue of Xiaochongthion in vegetable and fruit by capillary gas chromatography with a FPD. The samples were extracted with Acetonitrile, salted out by sodium chloride and dried by Nz, the residues were analyzed by gas chromatograph with FPD for quantitative analysis. Limit of detection for Xiaochongthion standard was 5.0 ×10^-11 g. Lowest detectable concentration in vegetable and fruit was 0. 005 mg/kg. Recovery rates of Xiaochongthion in cabbage, tomato, orange and apple were 93.62%-103.99%, 93.33%-98.67%, 78.47%-98.25% and 89.35-99.06% respectively. Coefficients of variation were O. 85%~9.56%, 0.58%-5.40%, 3.93%-7.19% and0.88%-5.32% respectively at the fortification levels of 0.01-0.32 mg/kg, recovery rates and coefficients of variation satisfied detection request of pesticide residue.
