摘要
目的从甘肃黄芩、苦参、金银花中找出抑(杀)白色念珠菌的有效活性成分。方法将甘肃黄芩、苦参、金银花洗净、烘干,粉碎成80目细粉,收集临床分离深部真菌感染白色念珠菌3株,接种于90mm沙保弱平板,在无菌条件下用6mm的打孔器在平板上打孔,每孔填入黄芩、苦参、金银花细粉25.73mg,在药粉中滴加无菌蒸馏水3~5滴。35℃培养24-48h,观察抑菌环大小。结果黄芩细粉的抑菌环直径15~17mm;苦参粉和金银花粉抑菌环为0。结论甘肃黄芩中含有抑(杀)白色念珠菌的有效活性成分,甘肃苦参、金银花中没有。
Objective To find the active principle inhibiting (or killing) Cadida albicans from Radix Scutellariae,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and fols Lonicerae in Gansu. Methods Radix Scutellariae,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Fols Lonicerae were separately cleaned,toasted and grinded to fine powder. Three strains of Candida albicans collected in focus of deep mycotic infection were vaccinated in 90 mm Sabouraud plate. On aseptic condition, holes were bored on Sabouraud plate with the drilling instrument of 6mm diameter, and every hole was filled with 25.73 mg fine powder of Radix Scutellariae,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Fols Lonicerae,and 3 to 5 drops of distilled water was added in medicinal powder. Under 35℃, the bacteria were cutured for 24-48 h, and the size of bacteriostatic ring was observed. Results The diameter of the bacteriostatic ring of Radix Scutellariae powder was 15-17 mm,and the diameter of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Fols Lonicerae powder was 0. Conclusion There is the active principle inhibiting (or killing) Candida albicans in Radix Scutellariae,but no that in Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Fols Lonicerae.
