近红外光谱活体在位测量C6荷瘤鼠脑局部血氧饱和度

摘要 目的探讨新的近红外光谱技术来测量C6胶质瘤荷瘤鼠脑局部血氧饱和度(SO2)的特点。方法利用光学探头微创测量30只C6荷瘤鼠瘤体局部SO2,并与对侧脑组织SO2进行比较。结果瘤体内SO2较正常脑组织SO2低,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有坏死或出血个体SO2曲线出现明显低峰。结论通过微创光学探头可以测量胶质瘤内SO2。 Objective To measure local cerebral blood oxygen saturation in C6 glioma rats in vivo by new near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Methods 30 C6 glioma-bearing rats were measured mini-invasively by a optic fiber probe revealing SO2. Intratumoural SO2 ( tSO2 ) was compared to normal cerebral tissue SO2. Results The mean SO2 of intratumoural tissue was(55. 1 ± 4.7)%,and the mean SO2 of normal tissue was (60.7 ± 2.5)% in contralateral cerebral tissue, respeetively. The difference is significant, Conclusions Measurement of glioma in vivo by NIRS is feasible.
