摘要
近年来，油脂加工过程中的脱臭工艺和碱炼、脱色工艺一起，逐步由间歇操作朝半连续、连续操作方向发展。其中连续工艺以其低成本、高利润的优势，在３０ｔ／ｄ以上的炼油厂中正陆续将间歇工艺和半连续工艺全面取代。经广大工程技术人员的不断努力和探索，板式塔和填料塔作为连续、半连续工艺中的主要设备，已经取得了一定的使用成效和经验。本文介绍了利用板式塔和填料塔进行连续脱臭的主要操作条件和工艺要求，并就两种连续操作系统的不同特点与半连续操作工艺作了较详细的比较。
This paper gives the characteristics of the two new deodorizer systems—tray deodorizer and packed column deodorizer and compares them with the semi continuous deodorizer system.
