摘要
柔性成圆辊减振弹簧是实现金属罐体成国高速化和柔性化的关键零件。但按常规方法设计出来的减振弹簧,存在短期断裂的隐患。本文提出该减振弹簧优化设计的方法,并在工艺和结构上采取相应措施,从而解决了柔性成圆辊减振弹簧的短期断裂问题。
The shock absorption spring of the soft circling roller is a key part to realizing the high speed and soft for the metal tin circling. But there is a dangerous of short-term break for the shock absorption spring which was designed in common design method. This article introduces optimizing design method for the shock absorption spring, adopts a lot of meature in technology and in structure, and solves the short-term break problem of the shock absorption spring.
