非引流视网膜脱离手术24例 被引量：2

摘要 对24例非选择性视网膜脱离病人实施非引流视网膜脱离手术，经半年以上术后随访，术后视网膜复位率为96％，由此认为非引流视网膜脱离手术适合于绝大多数孔源性视网膜脱离，特别是较早期病例。而不论其是否系多发裂孔、高度近视、广泛脱离及年龄过大者。根据Machemer氏观点，作者提出了以裂孔为作用点的动态模式，借助此模式，可以解释有关视网膜脱离一些令人费解的现象。
