从聋哑儿童听力调查看早期诊断和干预的重要性 被引量:1

The Importance of Early Diagnosis and Intervention for the Deaf-mute Children

摘要 目的了解南宁市聋哑学校尚存残余听力聋儿的比例、残余听力的程度以及年龄的分布,并分析其可能的原因和影响因素,旨在提高人们对儿童早期听力筛查、诊断并及时干预的认识。方法采用泰亿格上海电子有限公司生产的DL-RB便携式听力计(全国第二次残疾人抽样调查所用标准化仪器),对南宁市盲聋哑学校的192名聋儿进行听力调查,在本底噪声≤40dB(A)的安静房间进行纯音测听,依次按0.5、1、2、4kHz四个频率进行测试,取四个频率阈值的平均值作为其听力损失程度,并对其定残(参照第二次全国残疾人抽样调查听力残疾诊断标准)。结果被测试聋哑儿童中男118名,女74名;年龄3.5~23岁,但主要集中于10~19岁;听力残疾等级分布:1级127名(66.2%),2级25名(13.0%),3级28名14.7%),4级9名(4.6%),不定残者3名(1.5%)。结论该校学生中听力残疾为3级、4级及不定残的轻中度听力损失者40名,比例高达20.8%,说明有较多本可以通过早期干预获得听力、言语能力的聋儿错失了进入正常社会的机会,提示对聋儿进行早期诊断,早期干预的重要性。 Objective To investigate the hearing level of deaf--mute children in deafmute school in Nanning city and reveal the importance of early diagnosis and intervention. Methods The pure tone hearing threshold of 0. 5, 1,2,4 kHz of 192 deaf--mute children in Nanning deafmute school was recorded using DL--RB portable audiome- ter. The disability grade was evaluated according to the average threshold of four frequencies. Results 118 of 192 deafmute chileren were male and other 74 children were female, age range was 3.5 to 23 years with a mean age of 13.7 years. The number of hearing disability grade from i to IV were 127(66.20%), 25(13.0%), 28(14.70%) and 9(4.60%) respectively, and 3 children(1. 50%) have no hearing disability. Conclusion 40 children(20. 80%) with light--mid hearing loss missed their optimal opportunity of hearing and speech rehabilitation. This results revealed the importance of early diagnosis and intervention of hearing loss.
