摘要
目的探讨质子泵抑制剂的药理作用和临床应用进展,以及药物本身存在的缺陷和不足,探索其研究方向。方法查阅文献总结质子泵抑制剂的药理作用、临床应用、市场现状、存在缺陷及发展方向。结果质子泵抑制剂在我国消化系统用药市场上居于霸主地位,但存在结构缺陷和应用缺陷。结论有必要对质子泵抑制剂进一步改进,以增加其稳定性、提高生物利用度、提高疗效且降低毒副作用。

Methods To summarize the pharmacology functions of the proton pump inhibitor, clinical application, market present condition, existent blemish and the development directions by reviewing literature, Results The proton pump inhibitor has the main position on the market of digest drugs in our country, but exist the structure defect and the applied defect. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the proton pump inhibitor further, for increasing the stability, raising the therapeutic effect, raising the bioavailability and lowering the poisonous side effect.
