摘要
介绍了一种以S3C44B0X微处理器为控制核心的雕刻机控制系统的设计方法,对雕刻机控制系统的软硬件进行了设计,并在μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时操作系统平台上对各个软件功能模块进行管理和任务调度,通过对交流伺服系统的精确控制,实现高精度、高效率地雕刻加工;同时,软硬件采用模块化设计,极大的方便了系统的维护和升级。
Introduced a design method used in the Engrav/ng Machine' s control system, The system uses S3C44BOX microprocessor as the core, its hardware and software were both modular designed, and all software modules were managed by μC/OS-Ⅱ RTOS (real time operating system). The high-precise and high-efficient carving manufacture was realized by controlling the AV Servo System accurately. Furthermore, the use of modular design in hardware and software makes the maintenance and update of the system quite convenient.
