摘要
针对目前在使用的数控机床均不具备USB接口的问题,以USB总线通用接口芯片CH375为基础,提出了一种单片机控制的数控机床U盘接口系统,介绍了CH375芯片及系统的软、硬件结构,给出了其发送子程序,该接口系统通过机床的RS232接口安装使用,支持DNC并能实现机床参数备份,具有一定的实用价值。
As for a lack of USB interface in NC machine tool, this article has in detail proposed a kind of interface system of U-disk of NC machine tool controlled by SCM based on USB bus common interface chip CH375,At the same time, it introduces CH375 chip,system structure of software and hardware and give its subprogram transmitted, This interface system is so useful that it supports DNC and the machine tool parameter can be coped.
