摘要
简述了利用植物组织培养技术进行离体快繁过程中经常遇到的问题:污染、遗传稳定性、玻璃化、褐化、黄化等,并针对以上问题提出相应的防治措施。
This paper presented problems which often appeared in plant rapid propagation in vitro,such as pollution,genetic stability, vitrification, browning and Chlorotic character, at the same time brought forward corresponding countermeasures.
