摘要
本文指出了高校大学生信息伦理教育的现状。针对网络信息对传统伦理学的挑战;网络信息对大学生人际交往、隐私权、道德文化、信息犯罪等方面的影响;以及"信息垃圾"对大学生的影响;网络综合征(IAD)对大学生的影响等七个方面,分析了高等院校信息伦理学教育的必要性。提出了对大学生进行伦理学教育的具体措施,如:建立信息伦理准则;从校纪校规方面来加以规范管理;加强领导,统一指挥,建立齐抓共管的良好运行机制;加快信息伦理德育课程的建设;建立有影响、有特色的健康德育网站;在校园内由学校开办网吧等有效措施。
The paper points out the status of undergraducate＇s informational ethics＇education.We analysis the necessity for informational ethics＇ education in high school from seven aspects,by aiming at the challenge about network information to traditional ethic;the network information＇s affecting undergraduate＇s relations,private power, moral culture,information crim and so on;“information trash”affecting undergraduates;IA affecting undergraduates and so on.We put forward the concretion measures for undergraduate＇s informational ethics＇ education.Such as：establishing the information ethics standard;taking into aspect norm management form school rules;enhancing to lead,unifying the conductor;establishing the good movement mechanism;quickening curricular construct for information moral and ethics;establishing the influence and virtuous characteristic red wehsite;heing lauched by school in campus net etc.
