摘要
如何构造以公共交通为导向的大都市区空间结构,促进可持续发展是城市规划所关心的一个重点问题。由于城市发展的特殊性,有必要对我国城市发展的规律加以总结。以上海为例,通过常年的调查研究,从轨道交通与城市中心,站点周边土地使用,交通出行的响应和轨道交通站点周边住宅价格的影响等几个方面进行研究,在此基础上提出了轨道交通与大都市地区结构的优化的策略和建议。
How to construct a public transport-oriented metropolis space structure and promote sustainable development is major concern of the urban planning in China. Because of the special nature of urban development, it is necessary to review the impact of rail transit on spatial structure development in China, This paper takes Shanghai as an example, through years of investigation and study on rail transit and the city center, station area land use, people travel＇ s behavior, and the price in the surrounding residential building. Based on the studies, recommendations have been proposed to optimize metropolitan spatial structure with rail transit.
