摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,人类赖以生存的各种资源从稀缺走向枯竭,促使人们寻求资源集约型经济模式,建立新的资源观。本文旨在探讨循环经济物质流的模型,最大限度地利用资源。在资源分类的基础上融入了是否可分拨性,确立了市场化运作的理论。并将矿产资源的科学预测、有效勘察及矿业后治理纳入循环经济理念,对人类社会经济可持续发展具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义,是解决资源危机和增长极限的有效途径。
All sorts of resources upon which human beings largely depend are getting gradually exhausted with the rapid economic growth, necessitating a search for economic model of intensive resources and a new view of resources. This paper discusses the material circulation of recycling economy so as to make use of resources at maximum. Theory of resources shall be operated by markets based on resources classification is established. It is of great significance to have scientific prediction of mineral resources, effective exploration and mining management incorporate into human being＇ s economic sustainable development, a workable approach to resources crisis increasing extremity.
