摘要
本文在不可再生资源范围内,假定不考虑资源代际分配的效益性,仅从循环利用资源可以增加资源数量方面考虑,阐述了循环经济的范式应是工业物质流和资源物质流的最佳组合,通过对资源的科学预测,矿业后的治理和工业废弃物的资源化,实现资源的合理代际分配。
In the area of non-renewsble resources, provided that the efficiency of resources generation distribution is neglected, and from the view of the aspect that recycle utilization of resource can increase the resource quantity, this paper expounded that the pattern of recycle economy should be the best combination between industrial logistics and resource logistics. Reasonable resource generation distribution should be realized by scientific forecast on resources and the comprehensive management after mining and the recycle of industrial waste.
