摘要
军民两用技术转移是国防科技工业实施军转民战略研究的重点课题。从转型企业战略层次的高度,以军品市场与民品市场的差异性为基础,建立两用技术转化的4*4阶技术-市场二维矩阵,为两用技术转换战略决策提供一个概念分析框架,最后给出两用技术转换的三种可选择模式。
Dual -use technology transfer is the key for defense industry to implement the strategy of military -civilian integration. Aiming at the difference between military markets and civilian markets, a 4 ＊ 4 technology - market two dimension matrixes is constructed, which provides a conceptual framework for enterprise transformation to strategic decision - making. Finally three different specific modes are discussed in this paper.
