普拉固对冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂及血液流变学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 应用普拉固(pravachol)治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者59例,观察治疗前后血脂及血液流变学指标的变化,结果表明:治疗后血脂中的TC、TG、LDL—C降低,HDL—C升高。血液流变学中的低切、高切全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、血浆比粘度均降低,治疗前后比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),提示普拉固在降脂的同时也具有降低血液流变学各项指标的作用。 The therapeutic effects of pravachol on 59 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and hyperlipemia were reported. The changes of serum lipid and hemorheological index were studied before and after the treatment. The results indicated that total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were reduced, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased after treatment. Whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte clustering index and plasma viscosity were reduced significantly. Pravachol reduced not only the serum lipid but also the hemorheological index.
