摘要
目的 :探讨血脂异常与血液流变学、甲襞微循环的关系。方法 :选取我院干部体检中无重要脏器疾病的异常脂蛋白血症病例 6 0例 ,对照组 32例 ,分别检查血液流变学、甲襞微循环。结果 :异常脂蛋白血症组血液流变多项主要指标及甲襞微循环形态、流态、周态积分较对照组明显升高。结论 :血脂异常是血液流变学异常、微循环障碍的主要原因之一。
Objective:This study evaluated the relationship between blood rheology and subungual microcirculation with abnormal lipoproteins. Methods:We investigated haemorheology and subungual microcirculation in 60 individuals with abnormal lipoproteins compared with 32 normal lipoproteins controls. Results:Main indications of hemorheology and unextrapolated area of subungual microcirculation fluxion were significantly raised in individuals with abnormal lipoproteins. Conclusions:Abnormal lipoproteins is one of the important causes of abnormal hemorheology and dysfuction of microcirculation.
