摘要
继续对刺人参叶的化学成分进行研究又分出一种新皂甙，命名为刺人参甙S（cirenseno-sideS）。通过测定理化常数、光谱数据等，鉴定其结构为3－O－β－吡喃葡萄糖基3β－羟基齐墩果－9（11），12－二烯－28－酸－28－O－α－L－吡喃鼠李糖基（1→4）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基（1→6）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙。
Further investigation of the chemical constituents in the leaves of Oplopanax elatus Nakai resulted in the isolation of a new triterpenoid saponin which was named as cirensenoside S by physico-chemical constants and spectral studies. Its structure was elucidated as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl 3β-hydroxy-olean-9(11), 12-diene-28-oic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4 )-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→6 )-β-D-D-glucopyranoside.
