摘要
探讨人性化护理,主要是以病人为中心,了解病人的护理需求、心理需求,在"以人为本,关爱生命"作为人性化的基本宗旨,将人性化融入护理过程,真正做到急病人之所急,想病人之所想,把自己置身于病人的角度,才能为病人提供真正的人性化护理服务.
The humanized nursing care should take patients as the center and the nursing staff should understand nursing and mental needs of patients. According to the humanized fundamental tenet of human - orientation and caring for human life, humanization would be integrated into nursing process to satisfy what the patients need most. Only placing ourselves in the view of patients, can we offer the real humanized nursing service for patients.
