大型尿素装置联产三聚氰胺后,因运行状况发生了改变,存在解吸水解系统超负荷运行、系统水平衡被破坏、水碳比升高、操作弹性降低、难度增大及消耗增加等问题,需在实际运行中探索解决的方法。
Co-production of melamine in a large urea unit changes the operation conditions, so the desorption-hydrolysis system runs at excess load, the water balance in the system is destroyed, the water-carbon ratio rises, the turn-down ratio decreases, difficulties increase, and consumption also goes up, and all these have to look for solutions in actual operation.
