分析采用意大利欧技公司技术的高压法三聚氰胺反应器化工投料工况,归纳反应器开车投料的初始条件和投料的最佳负荷为反应器压力8．0MPa,投料负荷25％-27％,投料温度400℃,投氨量400- 500kg/h。
Analyzes the feeding conditions of cyanuamide reactor, summarizes the initial conditions of feeding for reactor start-up as well as the optimal feeding load, which are reactor pressure, 8.0 MPa; feeding load, 25 % - 27 % ; feeding temperature, 400℃ ; and ammonia flowrate, 400 - 500 kg/h.
