摘要
介绍了新显色剂2-磺酸基苯基-1,4-二氨基重氮偶氮苯的合成及其与镍(Ⅱ)的显色反应。实验表明,在非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100的存在下,在pH10.5的硼砂一氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,镍(Ⅱ)与SDADA形成量比=1:3的红色络合物,在545nm处有一最大吸收峰,在433nm处有一最大负吸收峰。镍(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0.12~0.28μg/mL的范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.60×10^5L·mol/cm。
A new chromogenic reagent 2 - sulfobenzene - 1,4 - diamino diazoazobenzene was synthesized and its colour reaction with nickel (Ⅱ) was studied. The reagent was reacted with nickel (Ⅱ) to form a red complex in the medium of borax - sodium hydroxide buffer solution ( pHI0.5 ) with the existence of nonionic surfactant Triton X - 100. The molar ratio of the complex was 3 : 1, with the maximum absorption at 545 nm and the miximum negative absorption at 433 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.12 - 0.28 mg of nickel in 25 ml solution, with the apparent molar absorptivity of 9.60 × 105 L × mol/cm.
