芬净类抗真菌抗生素的研究开发和临床应用 被引量:8

摘要 具有类似的环状多肽核心和不同的脂肪酸侧链结构特征的芬净类抗真菌抗生素已经成为临床治疗系统性真菌感染的重要药物。与已有抗真菌药物不同的是,这类药物的作用靶点为真菌细胞壁,因此该类药物具有抗菌活性高及不良反应低的优点。本文简要综述已经上市的卡泊芬净、米卡芬净和阿尼芬净的研究开发及其临床应用。
