摘要
溶血反应是米卡芬净少见的不良反应。本文报道1例老年患者使用米卡芬净后出现急性溶血反应,评价该不良反应关联性,阐述引起溶血反应的机制,以提高对药源性溶血反应的认识,确保米卡芬净临床用药安全。
Hemolysis is a rare adverse reaction of micafungin.This paper reported the acute hemolytic reaction after administration of micafungin in an elderly patient,evaluated the association of this adverse reaction and micafungin,described the mechanism of the hemolytic reaction,in order to improve the understanding of drug-induced hemolysis and ensure the clinical safety of micafungin.
