摘要
介绍了一种光控伺服系统中应用的新型光机转换器件。由于极化后的PLZT陶瓷片具有光致伸缩效应,所以,根据光信号来控制PLZT陶瓷片的伸缩量,实现光控伺服系统,从而完全消除了传统电伺服系统中的电磁干扰。实验表明,PLZT陶瓷片在不同光谱、光强照射下,PLZT陶瓷片呈现出很强的光电效应。光电效应包括热释电效应和光伏效应,同时具有光致伸缩效应,光电压与照射光强度成比例关系,光致伸缩量与光电压成线性关系,所以,可根据光的强度来控制PLZT陶瓷片的伸缩量,完全有可能应用于光控伺服系统。
This paper introduced one now photostrictive actuator of photoservosystem.As the polarizeted PLZT has photostrictive effect and optical signals can control the expand and contract of PLZT,and complete photoservosystem without eletrics magnetic interference as the traditioned electrics servosystems.The experiment shows,under different light spectrum and intensity,the PLZT produces strong photoelectric effect,including pyroelectricty effect and photovoltaic effect,at the same time it produces photostrictive effect.The photovoltage is proportional to lightirradiation,photo strictive is linear to photovaltage,so the expand and contract of PLZT is controled by light intensity.
