摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的光控伺服系统,应用光信号作为伺服系统的控制信号,应用光驱动器作为系统的执行机构,并简要叙述了光控伺服系统在流体控制中的应用研究现状及最近发展概况,特别是利用PLZT陶瓷的光致伸缩效应(根据光信号来控制极化后的PLZT陶瓷的伸缩量)实现的光控伺服系统,可完全消除传统电伺服系统中的电磁干扰。
This paper introduces a new optical control servo system using an optical signal as a control signal of servo system and using an optical driver as an actuator of the system. Also the paper simply describes the status quo and prospects of optical control servo system on application in fluid control field. Particularly using photo dilatation effect of PLZT ceramics, the optical control servo system shall dispel electro magnit interference exsisting in conventional electro servo system and it shall widely be developed.
