摘要
于 1 995年 1 1月对贻贝富硒提取物中硒生物活性进行了初步探讨。大鼠按体重随机分为三组 ,分别饲喂基础饲料 ,添加亚硒酸钠饲料和贻贝提取物饲料 ,实验 4周后测每组鼠体重并进行代谢实验 ,收集 72 h尿及粪 ,测定硒含量 ;实验 8周后处死大鼠 ,分析血及肝中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)活性和硒含量。结果表明 ,贻贝提取物组鼠血及肝中 GSH- Px活性和硒含量高于缺硒组 ,差异显著 ;饲贻贝提取物和亚硒酸钠对提高 GSH- Px活性的影响无显著差异 ;但饲贻贝提取物组鼠血及肝硒含量显著高于亚硒酸钠组 ,且贻贝提取物能有效地促进大鼠的生长。
The rats were fed a selenium deficient basal diet but supplemented by selenium with sodium selenite and mussel extract for 8 weeks,respectively.Body weights of the rats were determined and metabolic experiment was conducted after 4 weeks.Urine and feces were collected for 72 hours and their selenium contents were determined.The rats were killed after 8 weeks. Glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)activity and selenium content in blood and liver were determined. The results showed that GSH Px activity in liver and blood was lower in the rats fed Se deficient basal diet.There were no significant differences in GSH Px activity among the rats fed mussel extract, sodium selenite.Compared with sodium selenite group, the selenium content in blood and liver was significantly higher in rats fed mussel extract.Mussel extract could effectively promote the growth of rats.
