摘要
研究用IGBT作开关元件的高载波SPWM变频调速系统的全数字控制．提出一种采用IN－TEL8031和专用集成电路SLE4520的控制方案，介绍了系统的工作原理与结构，控制算法和软件编制，给出了试验结果．
In this paper digital control of Variable freqency drive system fed by hight frequency SPWM Converter is researched, which uses the IGBT as main swithch. A control plan which uses INTEL8031 and SLE4520 is presented. The hardware, the control algorithm and the software of the control system are discussed, and the experimental results are given.
