摘要
文中简介了一种高速电机变频调速系统的组成及ＰＷＭ调制原理，并介绍ＳＬＥ４５２０专用芯片、功率开关元件ＩＧＢＴ及其驱动电路，同时也对所研制变频器中各种保护电路进行了分析，最后给出了实验结果及与其它变频器的比较。
The high speed motor converter presented in this paper adopts a new type of power switch device IGBT and the controls use microcontroller 8098 and a PWM special- purpose IC SLE4520.The system composition and pulse width modulation principle are described in the paper. PWM IC SLE4520 and power switch device IGBT are introduced. The protec-tive circuits are analyzed.Experimental results and the comparison with other converters are presented.
