摘要
目的了解老年痴呆患者的主要照顾者对其照顾性行为的现状。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对52名老年痴呆患者的主要照顾者照顾性行为进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果主要照顾者在保障患者安全方面的意识不足,重视对患者的病情观察,缺乏协助患者康复的相关护理知识。结论应采取多种形式的健康宣教,提高主要照顾者的应对技巧,从而提高老年痴呆患者的生活质量。
Objective To describe the caring behaviors of primary caregivers for patients with dementia. Method Fifty - two primary caregivers for dementia patients completed the self - designed questionnaires. Results The primary caregivers for dementia patients didn ＇ t have complete perspective regarding how to ensure dementia patients ＇ safety. They paid close attention to the changes of dementia patients＇ conditions,but didn＇ t have professional knowledge related to dementia patients＇ rehabilitation. Conclusion It is suggested to provide health education by various means to improve the caregivers＇ caring skills,and thereby to improve the dementia patients＇ quality of life.
